Reflects 17,130,000 Class A ordinary shares of Reinvent Technology Partners (the “Company”), par value $0.0001 per share (“Class A Ordinary Shares”), issuable upon conversion of 17,130,000 Class B ordinary shares of the Company, par value $0.0001 per share (“Class B Ordinary Shares”). The Class B Ordinary Shares will automatically convert into Class A Ordinary Shares at the time of the Company’s initial business combination, or earlier at the option of the holder, on a one-for-one basis, subject to adjustment. Reinvent Sponsor LLC (the “Sponsor”) is the record holder of the shares reported herein. The Sponsor is managed by Reid Hoffman and Mark Pincus. Messrs. Hoffman and Pincus may be deemed to beneficially own shares held by the Sponsor by virtue of their shared control over the Sponsor. As such, each of Messrs. Hoffman and Pincus may be deemed to have or share beneficial ownership of the Class B Ordinary Shares held directly by the Sponsor.
