Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers.

On June 2, 2025, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Joby Aviation, Inc. (the “Company”) approved an increase in the base salary for Eric Allison, the Company’s Chief Product Officer, from $445,578 per year to $551,688 per year, effective April 2, 2025.
